When and How Can I Return an Item?
Changing Your Mind
At Tail Wiggle, your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your goods to return it for a full refund. We will refund the full invoice value, including delivery charges, and cover the cost of returning the goods to us*. Please see below for detailed instructions on how to return an item.

Returning an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your goods. Provide the article number of the item you wish to return. Upon your request, we will:

Packaging Your Return
Whenever possible, please return items in their original packaging. If you are unable to use the original packaging, ensure the goods are packed securely using suitable alternative packaging.

You may use our withdrawal form for your return request, but it is not mandatory.
